What’s your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, they are made to order.  Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.  Digital products are also non-refundable.

Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries.

Can you design something especially for me?

Of course! I love working with clients to design one-of-a-kind pieces.  If you have an idea but aren’t sure where to start, just send me an email and we will put our head together to make you the perfect product!

What if my product is the wrong size?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order – but again, our products are made to order and we are unable to accept exchanges at this time.  Please refer to the size charts to ensure you are ordering the correct size.

What if I don’t like what I bought?

I understand, as a consumer myself, that this sometimes happens.  I strive to only provide the most high-quality products that I can.  Each item that I sell is sourced by me – and anything that is listed as handmade is made by my own two hands.  My general rule of thumb is that I will not send out any items that I wouldn’t purchase for myself so you can be sure that you’re receiving something that I take pride in.  If you are not satisfied with the quality of your products, please reach out to me and I’ll see what options we have.  This will depend on the item purchased.  Digital items cannot be returned or refunded but if you need any of these items tweaked, arrangements can be made for that.

Are all of your designs hand-drawn by you?

No.  While I do contribute to my designs with my own graphic design abilities, most of the design elements you see are outsourced and tweaked by me.  Auggie Lamb does have permission to use any and all graphics that you see on our site.

Can I work for Auggie Lamb?

I run a very small operation at the moment, and am not accepting any applications at this time – but I take it as a SUPER compliment when I hear this question.

Can I sell your products in my store?

I LOVE working with retailers.  Please reach out to me via email to inquire about wholesale opportunities.

How do I print a digital file I purchased on your site?

When you purchase a digital file, or printable, from AL – you will receive a downloadable file.  Please read the description carefully to see what file types you will be getting.  If you are unfamiliar with these file types, please email me and I will try to help!  You can either print these on your home printer or send them to your local printer.  If you go the second route, they will probably want the file that has the printer’s marks.  They’re technical like that.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

If you reside in Oklahoma, then yes, sales tax will automatically be added to your order.

Does Auggie Lamb have an affiliate program?

Are you endorsing the products you blog about?

Occasionally, you might see some affiliate links in my blog posts.  I take thoughtful consideration about this and promise to only include products that I have used and that I would recommend to my closest friends.  By clicking on these links, it is possible that I’ll get a small commission if you decide to purchase something.  The price you pay is the same.
